If there is smoke, there is fire. This course covers the nuts and bolts of fire and how to prevent it.

This training course caters for the needs of all employees to help them mitigate the risks around where fire may start in their workplace.

The current legislation applies to all workplaces regardless of the number of employees and employers should provide training to all members of their staff in fire awareness, in accordance to The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order of 2005.

There are different kinds of fire, and each kind requires different ways of extinguishing it. A fire outbreak may have been triggered by a combusted flammable material such as paper, wood, or other rubbish, or fuelled by flammable liquids. The fire may be electrical, caused by combustible metal fire, or a kitchen mishap. Fire is possible yet preventable whether in workplace or home, as long as one is understands the basic details and the appropriate ways to handle them.

In this course, you will understand how a fire starts, what it is composed of, how to prevent it, and what to do whenever one occurs - technically, the basics of fire safety.

This is the standard and most cost-efficient course for employers to fulfill their legal responsibility to give their employees essential knowledge in fire awareness.
